How much does it cost to call Customer Care?
The charge rate per minute to call our Customer Care team is the equivalent of BT’s average national rate of 5p per minute. However calls from mobiles & some networks may vary.
Ordering
How can I pay for my order?
We accept Visa and MasterCard as payment for your order online. If you wish to pay by cheque, you would have to mail us your order.
Am I charged for the items as soon as I order them?
All orders by debit or credit card are debited on receipt.
Will I receive a confirmation of my order?
If, when placing your order, you provide us with your email address you will be sent an email confirming your order has been received. This will confirm product details, delivery address, delivery instructions and anticipated delivery dates.
Can I trace my order?
Unfortunately, we do not have a trace facility at present. Please click on Contact Us where our Customer Care team will be able to supply you with the most up to date information on the current status of your order.
Can I cancel or change my order? How?
